Updated map from the 2012 version, more building space and a giant pool

    Pros:

    • Area of grassland to build on.
    • Fluent teleporting system
    • Nice indoor rooms that are blank so they can be personalised.

    Cons:

    • Water Texture
    • Unnecessary NPC's for a build map
    • Trees are an obstruction along with ground that isn't flat.

    Improvements:

    • Expand House area of the map and remove NPC's
    • Improve a few textures and the 2d tree wall surrounding the house, and replace with an actual wall or an invisible wall with hills behind it.

    Notes:

    • It will be good to see how the map evolves over time.
    • For any help or guidance for SourceSDK I recommend 3kliksphilip on Youtube.

    Good for your first map attempt. Like Teyman10 said, people don't look for secrets in Gmod maps, but nice use of them. A 7/10 for me too.

    Pros:

    • Wide area near the pool.

    Cons:

    • Quite small by the house.

    Improvements:

    • Make the area around the house a bit wider.

    • Add a way to get to the pool area without teleporters or noclip.

    • Add weather to the map in some parts for people who want either a wintry/rainy look.

    quite nice for your first map. the only downside is that in Gmod,people don't really tend to look for hidden stuff,especially not on build maps.

    The pool is a good addition,but it would be nice if you didn't have to use a teleport to get there. the key to a good map is fluency; several areas being connected to each other.

    a solid 7/10 for this,and for scaring me with the pyro ignition.

gm_Squirtsbuild2013.

I Used source SDK to construct, due to the bug with garrysmod 13 i constucted it with cs:s, there are a few tf2 models in there i.e pyro, heavy and scout but tf2 is free so if you desperately want to see what they are it's a free download. Cs:s plays a part in there as well, textures in the house, models in the secret place of the guerrilla terrorist.

I did put a lot of effort into this map, testing was done by myself and SneakySnow so hats off to him, if you would like to see more maps then just post in comments the gamemode and i'll see what i can do for you.

As you may see from the screenshots, there are large areas with water, flat land and bumpy terrain. There also is a house if you wish to decorate it, try not to abuse Father Grigory the attic now has a teleport out and the water above the water teleport seems to be see through.

But overall i hope you enjoy the map, work out the secrets and have as much fun using it as i did making it.
