Dobby in GMod

We need Dobby on GMOD

Could someone make a Dobby(from Harry Potter) model or skin for GMod? Dobby That maybe could be use in Half-Life 2 as a Vortigaunt? The main idea is a player model for GMod but if it does fit in other games even better. So here is the request.
