Generic Texture Issues

Not too much of a problem, but wondering if there's a solution.

I noticed a few bugs with textures and such in Garry's Mod. I thought changing the -dxlevel would fix these problems. They did, but caused more problems. When changing to either -dxlevel 89, or -dxlevel 91 and up (mind you I'm on a computer with DirectX 9), it causes all models to lose their cubemapping and lightwrap. Changing to -dxlevel 90 fixes the lightwrapping and such, but doesn't fix the bugs. It's probably doing this because I'm being stupid and changing the dxlevel to the levels my computer doesn't have.

Examples (had to use TinyPic because putting them in the thread wasn't working):

Ensure that you put an env_cubemap in your map, compile clean, go into console and type buildcubemap(s).

Try installing a fresh new Direct X install, and a hardware spec would be helpful too. This glitch is really really off

I put cubemaps in almost all my maps and put buildcubemaps into them at the moment. Probably is DirectX. Thanks!
