Console Crash
By BloodyMaster09 11 months agoWhen Ever I press the developer console button "~" while playing mutiplayer ... the game instantly crashes. If anybody can help me or if its not only me that's experiencing this problem that would be great, because I use "esc" quit often. Thanks

Well, it could be something to do with your tf folder, located in C:\Steam\steamapps\username\team fortress 2. I would suggest deleting this tf folder, that should reset everything that is local, not drops, but settings. Try that and come back if it doesn't work.

:( ?_? this still seams to not fixed the problem even after I reinstalled the game.

You do realise the standard key is `, the key next to 1, right?
I realize that I am not saying it crashes when I press "esc" When ever I try to open the developer console in mutiplayer it freezes but in single player its just fine.
